This new site will be for my photography…but I’ll still be around here once in a while. ill be abroad from next week until next january so postings will be sporadic. will be in honduras from may 22-jul 31, then guatemala from aug 1-8. then hong kong and traveling through east asia for all of next fall semester. keep an eye out for photos and blog posts if youre interested :)

One of the wild horses kicked the man’s only son, breaking both his legs.

The country went to war, and every able-bodied young man was drafted to fight. The war was terrible and killed every young man, but the farmer’s son was spared, since his broken legs prevented him from being drafted.

Quino was a popular Argentine cartoonist in the 60s-70s. Just found this animation of some of his works- reminds me of Acme cartoons a little bit. I feel like a lot of people lose the ability to find little things like these funny as we get older and saturated with all the sex drugs and rock and roll in our modern media. I still get a kick out of this though. ;)
